  • Day 1: 5 Km - 21 mins

  • Day 2: 5 Km - 23 mins

  • Day 3: 7 Km - 35 mins +

6 eggs + 90 gms whey .

Got to go up to 10 kms next week in 45 mins. Think of Lance. Always think of Lance.
